This Refund Policy outlines the terms for requesting refunds on subscription payments to the Reborn Cinema streaming service.

Subscription Refunds

Monthly Subscriptions

  • New subscribers may request a full refund within 7 days of initial purchase
  • After 7 days, monthly subscriptions are non-refundable
  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period with no refund for partial months

Annual Subscriptions

  • New subscribers may request a full refund within 30 days of initial purchase
  • After 30 days, prorated refunds may be available for remaining unused months
  • Prorated refunds exclude any promotional discounts applied at purchase

Free Trials

  • Cancel anytime during the trial period to avoid charges
  • Refunds available within 48 hours of being charged if you forgot to cancel

Non-Refundable Items

  • Payment processing fees
  • Subscriptions purchased with promotional codes or gift cards (credit issued instead)
  • Any period during which the service was accessed or used

How to Request a Refund

Email info@reborncinema.com with:

  • Your account email address
  • Subscription type and purchase date
  • Reason for refund request

We will respond within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Third-Party Subscriptions

If you subscribed through Apple App Store, Google Play, Roku, or another platform, you must request refunds directly through that platform. We cannot process refunds for third-party purchases.
